Job description :
WPCM / PLM Team is seeking a highly motivated “team focused” resource with extensive expertise of Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) environment.
The ideal candidate is one who is well accomplished, at the corporate wide level, in the development and support for Agile PLM and excels in identifying business needs / requirements and translating into technical implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate end user needs / requirements and develop high level implementation strategies
- Formulate Business Requirements and translate into Agile Configuration Requirements
- Capture Configurations for Agile Roles and Privileges Log, Administration Configuration and Security
- Perform testing of configurations and workflows, debug as well as perform “what if” analysis for future requirements.
- Develop Use Cases and Test Scripts with Business Leads, Track members and Technical Team
- Ongoing support and maintenance of Agile configurations and member of HW Business Track.
- Lead Business Level Training Sessions as Necessary
Key Requirements
- Strong Agile PLM technical expertise including application from business perspective within large corporation
- Ability to work through and implement Complex R&P Configurations
- BS in Computer Science or Engineering Field
- Excellent Communication skills (Oral and Written)
- Strong design and analytical skills
- Highly versatile and able to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
- Ability to capture comprehensive project documentation
- Ability to work independently and within Team as required
- Ability to be highly effective in Cross Functional interaction
- Highly motivated and innovative
- Well organized
